Some people have no trouble falling asleep, but then wake up in the middle of the night. If that happens simply play the meditation (aloud or in ear buds—however you like) and it will allow you to gently fall back into delicious sleep. Remember to set a sleep timer to shut off the sound after the meditation has finished playing.
