More Than Enough Room

A New Booklet from Michael Taft—FREE

For years now, I’ve held live Ask Me Anything sessions where students bring questions straight out of their meditation practice.

There is no outline or curriculum. Someone asks what is actually alive for them, and we work with it together in the moment. Sometimes the answer is direct. Sometimes a follow-up question changes everything. Sometimes the most useful part of the exchange is discovering that the original question was not quite the real question.

I chose fourteen of these exchanges from nearly 700 live AMAs and gathered them into a free booklet:

More Than Enough Room: Conversations on Awareness, Freedom, and Love

The conversations range across awareness, freedom, anxiety, grief, awakening, compassion, the sense of self, and what practice looks like inside an ordinary life.

They are not essays or prepared teachings. I kept the movement of the original conversations—the hesitations, misunderstandings, follow-up questions, and changes of direction—because the conversation itself is part of the teaching.

The booklet is about 50 pages. You can read it straight through in an evening or dip in anywhere a question catches your attention.

If you know a meditator who would value it, please send them the link.

I hope you find a question in it that is alive for you.
