Deconstructing Yourself Transcends Time and Space
I love teaching mindfulness meditation. Working closely with the excellent human beings who come to class is one of the things I’m most passionate about in my life. One thing that has always been a limiting factor, however, is the number of people who can show up at a particular time in a particular location. There are only so many people able to make it to my living room at 7:30 on a Wednesday night in Berkeley.
As of now, I’m delighted to report that these limitations of time and space have been transcended. My meditation class is streaming, live, at this web address: mwt111, each Wednesday night at 7:35 pm Pacific Time (10:35 on the East Coast). So that takes care of the spatial limitation—if you have Internet on planet Earth, you can attend.
But what about the time limitation? We’ve got that handled, too. At the same Youtube channel, each week’s meditation is saved for you to watch anytime you want.
As Deconstructing Yourself transcends time and space, I want to hear from you. Let me know if you’re tuning into the guided meditation. Let me know if there are any technical difficulties. Let me know if there’s a particular meditation you’d like me to do. Hope to hear from you soon.
