10 Minute Mindfulness Meditation on Breathing Sensations
In this mindfulness session, you will first relax. Then you will learn to pay attention to the sensations in your body associated with breathing. There are many sensations of this kind, and any or all of them are fair game. For example, you can feel your chest raising and lowering with each breath, or you can notice how the air rushes in and out of your nose. There are lots of other possibilities.
