When I worked at Sounds True, I edited this 14 cd audio series (although it was cassettes back then) and it changed my life. The clarity, precision, and depth of Shinzen’s teaching is apparent in every moment of this series.
The meditation techniques he introduces are slightly different than what we’re using today, but the basis of the teachings are the same. Highly recommended.
