Meditation with Jessica Graham
We meet every Sunday for a guided meditation and discussion. We practice Mindfulness Meditation in the style of Shinzen Young. ALL are welcome! This class is great for beginners as well as those seeking to strengthen their practice. This is an ongoing, open enrollment class, so feel free to drop in anytime. Donations are gratefully accepted, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Jessica is also available for private and semi private sessions.

What to bring:
Comfortable clothing, a cushion, blanket or yoga mat. We have a limited number of these as well as some chairs.
Makes the bad things not so bad and the good things better.
Can help with changing destructive/compulsive behavior, anger and stress management, OCD, ADD, pain management, etc.
Increases concentration, reduces stress, improves overall well being.
